RETURN POLICY
1. Returns
We accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive your returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

2. Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us promptly at info@secondera.ca with details about the product and the issue.
After we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you via email within a reasonable period of time whether you are eligible for a replacement. If approved, we will send you a replacement item.
3. Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items will be clearly identified as such at the time of purchase.
Products marked as final sale are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
4. Shipping
To return an item, please contact us at info@secondera.ca to receive the correct return address.
Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges listed on the packing slip or invoice.
All return shipping costs must be prepaid and insured by the customer. You are responsible for any loss or damage occurring during shipment, and we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any refund issued will exclude these costs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
